To apply the mask

1. Protect your hair with a towel or band.

2. Clean skin with water.

3. Steam your face for 1-2 minutes to open the pores
4. Using a spoon, scoop out enough exfoliant for one

    application. Apply the mask thickly and evenly avoiding the eyes.

5. Leave the mask  for 30 to 45 minutes.
6. Rinse masque off thoroughly  with water.

7. Apply Naturalis Rejuvenating Toners.

8. Apply Naturalis Ultra Rich Moisturiser.

In the mornings, gently bath the face with the purifying cleanser and rejuvenating toner .
