Xanthelasma are  tiny (1-2 mm) oval or elongated yellowish  plaques that are slightly raised on the skin surface of the upper or lower eyelids. Eyelid xanthelasma are called xanthelasma palpebrum.  The lesions are soft and yellow, and form plaques  caused by tiny deposits of fat in the skin and is often associated with abnormal blood fat levels (hyperlipidemia). Although xantlelasma may be associated with high triglyceride and cholesterol levels it can occur without cholesterol problems. Xanthelasma is usually not itchy or tender. Individuals with xanthelasma are usually most concerned with their cosmetic appearance

Patients with xanthelasma are typically over 40 years of age, and women are affected nearly twice as often as men. The condition may be seen in light-skinned and dark-skinned individuals. Without treatment, xanthelasma remain permanently upon the skin, at times increasing in size.. While xanthelasma is essentially benign, many patients consider the condition to be cosmetically unacceptable and wants them removed for cosmetic reasons.

You must treat each individual xanthelesma separately. Many people have clusters of xanthelesma. Do not treat a whole cluster. Treat only a few in the cluster at a time. (Ones that are not touching each other) The reason for this is so that you don't treat such a large area at one time. If you treat only individual xanthelasma, it will heal faster.

I have ordered your xanthelasma treatment before, and I just wanted to tell you that it is the only thing that helps remove the  xanthelasma lesions around my eyelids permanently and without leaving any scar marks. This is indeed a great product! Please keep up the good work!

At 53 years old I have been suffering with xanthelasma ever since I can remember. I have been unable to find any effective and affordable  relief. Then, one day, while looking through an international health magazine, I read that your xanthelasma treatment was lauded as the best ever non-invasive and non-scarring treatment for this condition. That set me scouring through the internet about your product and I finally decided to proceed with a purchase. I had been skeptical at first but to my relief the treatment worked beautifully to reduce the xanthelasma lesion and within 2 weeks it had disappeared and never re-occurred . Thanks very much for this wonderful product!

About two months ago, I began to use the xanthelasma cream. In the initiate 2 weeks, the xanthelasma lesions reduced in size but I was not satified with the results. Then, by the 4th week, the lesions size started to reduce dramatically. After 6 weeks, the xanthelasma lesions had disappeared completely. I was elated as I had lived with the condition for years and I have finally got rid of it!
