DELIVERY & HANDLING
DELIVERY CHARGES
- Within Singapore
- Deliveries for non food products will be by 3 Days
Registered Postal Service.
- Free delivery within Singapore
Island for total purchases above $100 on every Saturday between 9am to
1pm . A delivery charge of $20 will be
levied for purchases below $100 .
- Weekdays express delivery within Singapore
Island chargeable at $20 .
- Other Countries
- Standard courier parcel delivery service. Please

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with
your order number. Please use this information to check the status of your order via the
Organic Online hotline.

  RETURNING & EXCHANGING PRODUCTS
- Within Singapore
- Our personnel will pick all fresh produce returns from you
in our next weekly or schedule visit.
- Always refer to your order number when communicating with
us regarding returning & exchanging of products
- A cash refund (if applicable) will be based on the amount
of return or exchange. All other sales (skin care) are final. We do not reacquire, or resell any product that
has been in the prior possession of any other party, including individuals, retailers,
wholesalers, or distributors. This establishes our commitment to protecting the health of
the individual end user. These policies ensure that the highest product quality and
safety is maintained. Preventing product tampering is a priority in eliminating high liability costs.
- Outside Singapore
- All returns must be shipped to our address.
- Always refer to your order number when communicating with
us regarding your returns or exchanges.
- All returns amount will be credited to your account for
future purchases.
- All other sales (skin care) are final. We do not reacquire, or resell any product that

who pays for the return
charges?
No return charges will be applicable if we are at fault for
the return. For example, the wrong item(s) were sent (we will verify this by checking your
original order) or if the items arrived broken or damaged (we do not accept responsibility
for damage to items such as tortilla or potato chips).
