Long Beans
Also known as cowpea, the most common ones have smooth pale green pods. A similar variety is slightly more slender and a darker green with a more intense flavour. Sometimes, a deep brownish red variety can also be found.	Uses: Young Long Beans are commonly served in a platter of mixed vegetable that usually includes round cabbage and sprigs of Kang Kong. It can also be eaten raw with a spicy dip, or simply blench the beans and add them to a mixed vegetable salad. You can also stir-fried Long Beans.
